SHIPPING & SALES POLICY

Conditions of Sale:

 

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

  • All custom merchandise orders are fulfilled through our third party retailer Order-a-Print.

  • Although most orders are shipped within five business days, please allow up to two (2) to four (4) weeks for delivery of all domestic orders. International Orders may take up to three (3) to six (6) weeks for delivery. 

  • All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Cash or paper check payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs fees at the customer's expense.

 

Shipping Policy:

 

  • Please verify the address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days handling/processing time for all orders.

  • Delivery dates are estimated and are to be used for reference only.

  • We offer $10.00 flat-rate shipping on all orders in the United States.

  • We are NOT responsible for lost parcels.

 

International Disclaimer:

 

  • Customers residing outside of the United States:

    • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

    • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak with your local postal or customs office for more information.

    • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

    • Express shipping options are not available for customers shipping to locations outside of the United States.

PRIVACY POLICY

Once you choose to register for an account or to make a purchase, you are no longer anonymous to us. By choosing to register for an account you consent to the transfer and storage of your account information.  Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. As indicated in this privacy policy, Jayden Jaymes, Inc., will never sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your information.

 

Payment transactions, including credit card payments, are handled solely by FreshBooks and Stripe. through our storefront, JaydenMicheleJaymes.com.

 

The only personal information that Jayden Jaymes, Inc. receives is your order information, which includes your name, shipping address, billing address and email. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized experience.

Jayden Jaymes, Inc., will share information with our partners in the ordinary functioning of our business as disclosed by this policy statement and in the policy statements of our partners.  We will disclose information to law enforcement with respect to aiding in the event of any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud and theft.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here or by means of a notice on our homepage so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
